Register for American Studies courses through Testudo

 

In addition to teaching in the Department, American Studies graduate students have taught courses in Women's Studies, African American Studies, Asian American Studies, English, and several Living/Learning Programs, including College Park Scholars, CIVICUS, University Honors and Honors Humanities

 

The University of Maryland's Center for Teaching Excellence is a central hub for pedagogical training and the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL)

 

Undergraduate and graduate education is a central focus of the Department and Program of American Studies at the University of Maryland. Faculty and graduate instructors have been recognized as leaders in pedagogical praxis and innovation on campus and in the international American Studies community.
