Your First Month:

  • Department Access and Services: Contact Valerie Brown or Claudia Rector
  • Graduate Student Lounge: Visit Holzapfel Room 0132
  • Graduate Student Mailboxes: contact Valerie Brown. Mailboxes are in the Graduate Student Lounge.
  • Computers and Scanner; Computers with network hook-up are in the Graduate Student Lounge. Watch for the AMST Media Room (in process of being set up) in the coming weeks; Holzapfel Room 0133.
  • Conference Room and Lounge: Holzapfel Room 1116. Here you will find our refrigerator, microwave, coffee, sodas, water, and the occasional schmoozer. Please remember to pay for your sodas and water.

  • Fall Potluck Party: Sunday, Sept. 9th, 3:30 to 7:00 pm at Prof. Nancy Struna's house. Please pick up a flyer and sign up for a dish in the Main Office.
